### 2. Placing Orders
1. Orders may be placed 24/7 through the online store.
2. To place an order, the customer:
- selects products,
- fills out the order form,
- accepts the Terms of Service,
- completes the payment.
3. The sales agreement is concluded once the customer receives an order confirmation via email from the Seller.

### 3. Prices and Payments
1. All prices are in PLN and include VAT (gross prices).
2. Available payment methods include:
- online payment systems (e.g., Przelewy24, PayU),
- credit/debit card,
- traditional bank transfer.
3. The Seller reserves the right to change prices and the product offer at any time. Such changes do not apply to orders already placed.

### 4. Delivery
1. Orders are delivered within Poland and selected EU countries.
2. Standard delivery time is 2–7 business days from payment confirmation.
3. Deliveries are made via courier services.

### 5. Right of Withdrawal
1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
2. Return conditions are described in the separate **Return Policy**, available on the website.

### 6. Complaints
1. The customer has the right to file a complaint if the product does not comply with the contract.
