Refund policy

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

**Conditions for return:**

- The returned product must be unused and undamaged.

- The item should be returned in its original packaging (if possible), with all accessories and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

- Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer, unless stated otherwise in the Terms and Conditions.

**Refund procedure:**

Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after we receive the returned product or proof of its return — whichever occurs first.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method as used in the original transaction, unless the Customer agrees to a different method.
